ASSESSMENTS

All students must complete an assessment before joining. This helps us place you in the right group and tailor your training for better results.

WHO NEEDS AN ASSESSMENT?

New Enrolments – All first-time students.
Re-Enrolments – Students returning after a break of 3 months or more.
Personalised Coaching – Required for one-to-one, one-to-two, or one-to-four training (unless already enrolled).

DEFINITIONS OF LEVELS

Foundation Level – Coaching focuses on building basic knowledge for proper technique, coordination, and movement efficiency to support long-term skill development.

Development Level – Coaching is delivered to refine and broaden techniques to develop consistent and controlled strokes. Focuses on improving footwork, shot accuracy, and rally endurance and physical agility. Tactical awareness is introduced.

Pre-Progression Level* – This bridges the gap to the Progression Level and is for talented 6 to 11-year-olds with strong hand-eye coordination, quick learning, and solid skills. It focusescoaching to improve on existing prowess for the GLS pathway. 

Progression Level* – The training focuses on court positioning, shot combinations, and defensive strategies. Mental resilience and focus training become integral, helping athletes prepare for high-pressure situations in tournaments.

Elite Level* – Coaching is delivered to enhance technique, speed, agility, and endurance for elite competition. Training emphasises on strategic play, opponent analysis, and psychological resilience.
